Yeah for me! I finally bought an IPod!Woo Hoo!
wanted an IPod. The guys all have them and they seem to break all the time, and they've had to replace more than once. That, is lame. However, my mobile music needs aren't being met and I can ignore the problem no longer. So, I got one and I'm in love already. Mark my words though, if this fucker breaks within 6 months I'm comin' back in here and I'm crackin' skulls! lol (Breakfast Club anyone?) Today was Mother's Day and I spent the whole day with my mom. We had a great day together. I took her to eat downtown but on our way we stopped at Coyote Ugly and had a few shots of Petron. Great dinner, flowers, and Philosophy (a.k.a. the best girlie shit ever!) I don't mind saying, I rocked it. :D I'm watching the Survivor finale right now, and I'm going to be SO pissed if Natalie wins. (Erik is the stupidest survivor ever!) I got my sugar skull worked on for my birthday last weekend. When it's not scabby anymore I'll take a pic and post it. I love it so much now. For me, it was just what the piece needed. This time it was Henry Powell from Six Feet Under tattoo in California that worked on it. Shannon got another piece done with me, just like last time. Seriously, she needs to start pacing herself. She's got very little skin left and so many years of tattooing ahead. She wants to fly me to Vegas in June for my birthday (she finally got her settlement from the accident and her pockets are burning!) and when we're there she wants us to get another one. lol We'll see. Shannon is doing really great right now and it's such a relief. She has been through hell recovering and it's nice to see that she can finally see a light at the end of a long dark tunnel. She's got money to live on now, for the rest of her life. She bought a home her medical bills are gone and she's well enough to get out there and start traveling. I'm so excited for her, I've really worried about her this past year and, as her friend, it feels good knowing I don't have to worry about her future. She's got the money she'll need to live, and for the first time in a long time, she's feeling good. That's music for my soul.
